Weingut Schödl

The Schödl brothers’ vines rest on hilly soils of various types, mainly loess, clay and rock, immersed in the continental climate of the region and worked in organic and biodynamic agriculture. In the winery, interventions are reduced to a minimum, without the use of selected yeasts or oenological additives. Their common passion for Champagne has led them to create classic method territorial sparkling wines, always using completely artisanal techniques.
