The History
The Zavalloni family, now in their sixth generation of winemakers, has been cultivating the eleven hectares of vineyards they own since the mid-nineteenth century. Today I am Stefano with his father Fabio who perpetuate the family tradition.
Terroir & Winery
The proximity of the Adriatic Sea, with its dry winds and its supply of salinity, combined with the composition of the medium-textured/clayey soil, give life to fruits with great potential, vinified with a perfect balance between tradition and innovation.
