Description

Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard; spontaneous fermentation in contact with the skins for three weeks at controlled temperature; 50% of the wine matures in barriques and the rest in steel.

Tasting

Intense ruby red colour; fruity nose of morello cherry and blackberry, with light spicy notes; fresh and satisfying, very drinkable sip.

Tuscan starters, first courses with meat sauces, grilled red meats.
