Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard; vinification with maceration at a controlled temperature of 24/26°C in cement and steel vats for about 15 days; after malolactic fermentation, the wine is decanted and micro-oxygenated in steel vats; maturing for a few months in steel and wood.

Brilliant red colour, intense nose with hints of ripe plums, tobacco leaves and cherry jam, with a finish of vanilla and cocoa; very structured, soft and rich in ripe tannins.
