100% Chardonnay
The grapes are harvested by hand; followed by soft pressing and slow fermentation at 15/17°C, maturation in stainless steel; refermentation in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico, with permanence on the lees for at least 40 months.
Brilliant straw-yellow colour, fine and persistent perlage; fresh and elegant nose, with fruity notes of golden apples; great minerality, freshness and structure on the palate, with a good persistent finish.
Starters, seafood first courses, grilled fish, shellfish.
