708KM Cembrani rosso Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2016

This wine was born from the collaboration between the various companies that are part of the Cembrani DOC Consortium. Each producer selects his own plot, vinifies it and gives it for the creation of the blend. The vineyards have a south/east exposure and are located between 300 m/slm and 550 m/sl. Fermentation on the skins in stainless steel at a controlled temperature; racking with soft pressing, maturation and refinement in steel.

Ruby red color with light purple hues; on the nose it is very intense, fruity; hints of berries, has a light spicy note; dry, fresh and persistent.

Raw meat, poultry, cured meats, white meat main courses.
