60% Schiava, 40% Lagrein
This wine is the result of the collaboration between the different companies that are part of the Cembrani DOC Consortium. Each producer selects his own parcel of land, vinifies it and transfers it to create the blend. The vineyards have a south-eastern exposure and are located between 300 m above sea level and 550 m above sea level. Fermentation on the skins in stainless steel at controlled temperature; racking with soft pressing, maturation and ageing in steel.
Ruby red colour with slight violet hues; the nose is very intense, fruity; hints of berries, has a slight spicy note; dry, fresh and persistent.
Crudities of meat, poultry, cold cuts, white meat main courses.
