9 Lacrima di Morro d’Alba DOC, 2022

Manual harvesting in small crates between 15 and 25 September; destemming and fermentation in steel with maceration of the grapes for about 2 weeks, without the addition of sulphites; the wine matures in steel for 4 months.

Intense ruby red colour with evident violet reflections; the absence of sulphur added during fermentation allows for maximum intensity of colour and very intense floral and fruity aromas; the flavour is soft and fresh, with harmonious and balanced tannins; good aromatic and taste persistence.

Earthy starters, first courses with meat sauces, game, medium-aged cheeses.
