Description

Hand-harvested exclusively in high-quality years. Soft destemming, fermentation in steel tanks with maceration for 15-18 days. Long maturation in wood.

Tasting

Ruby red color, which tends towards garnet with aging; broad and enveloping aroma, with a background of spices; in the mouth it is dry, with soft tannins, balanced and long-lasting.
