Description

The grapes are harvested with careful sorting and placed in low boxes to be taken intact to the winery, where they are pressed whole with soft squeezing of the bunch. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 20°C in steel tanks and the wine matures in the same tanks for approximately 6 months.

Tasting

Slightly golden yellow colour, bright; broad, full, floral nose, with notes of broom and citrus fruits. Satisfying, dry, fresh, mineral, highly versatile sip.

Seafood appetizers, fish first courses, vegetarian dishes.
