Description

100% Prié Blanc, traditional white vinification at a controlled temperature. After an initial passage in steel, the wine is bottled and transported to the old magnetite mines of Cogne, where darkness, constant temperature and humidity naturally make its maturation perfect.

Tasting

Clear colour typical of the variety. Evolved and expressive on the nose, fresh, structured and savoury on the palate.
