Description

100% Prié Blanc, traditional white winemaking at controlled temperature. After an initial passage in steel, the wine is bottled and transported to the old magnetite mines of Cogne where darkness, constant temperature and humidity naturally make its maturation perfect.

Tasting

Light color typical of the grape variety. The nose is evolved and expressive, the sip is fresh, structured and savory.
