Description

Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard at the end of October; whole cluster crushing and maceration for a few days with daily pumping over until racking, fermentation of the must in stainless steel; the wine matures in stainless steel for 5/7 months and is refined for a short period in the bottle.

Tasting

Ruby red colour, nose of red berries, morello cherries and violets; fresh, dry and velvety on the palate.

Pairings

Earthy starters, first courses with meat sauces, grilled white meats, medium-aged cheeses.
