Prolonged maceration gives us a wine with an intense, deep ruby ​​colour, with violet hues. Broad and enveloping nose, characterized by a strong note of black cherry and red berry. Background of spicy notes: mint, licorice, nutmeg, tobacco. Robust and full-bodied sip, the tannins, softened by long refinement, are perceived as dense and decisive, delicate and silky.
