Aglianico d’Irpinia “Nude” IGT 2004

Absolutely natural Aglianico, no filtering, no selected yeast, zero added sulphites. It matures for one year in new barriques and another 12 months in second passage tonneaux.

Ruby red color tending towards garnet. Cherry and plum on the nose, followed by dried tobacco and earthy, toasted notes. In the mouth it is energetic and fresh, with firm but perfectly integrated tannins. Long in persistence.

red meat dishes. Perfect with baked ham.
