Aglianico
Grapes harvested by hand at the end of November/beginning of December; after fermentation with maceration on the skins for 15/20 days, the new wine is drawn off and stored in steel silos where it matures for about a year.
Brilliant ruby red colour; intense nose of red fruits and spices. Sip of good structure, fresh, savory and balanced.
Grilled meats, roasts, game and game, first courses with meat sauce, cold cuts and mature cheeses.
