Description

The base wine is obtained from whole pressing of the Aglianico grapes, without destemming. The color is obtained only from this brief contact with the skins. After a year of aging in steel, fresh must from the following harvest is added to the base wine. The refermentation takes place in the bottle. No sugars, yeasts or sulphites are added.

Tasting

Delicate notes of raspberry, strawberry and mandarin, with floral nuances reminiscent of rose and jasmine. In the mouth it flows full, creamy, tasty, crunchy.
