Description

white vinification at a controlled temperature of 20°C. Second fermentation by slow refermentation in large closed containers at 12/14°C.

Tasting

Pale straw yellow color tending towards greenish, fine and persistent perlage. Intense and fruity nose, of very fine quality, clearly reminiscent of ripe golden apples and acacia flowers. Sweet and fresh on the palate, pleasantly lean and light in alcohol, with great softness and balance with good persistence and a fruity finish.
