Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; cold maceration for approximately 12 hours followed by soft pressing accompanied by a short period of decantation; fermentation in steel tanks with pied de cuve grafting at a controlled temperature. Maturation on fine lees for 8 months, 80% in steel, 20% in barriques.

Straw yellow color with golden green reflections. Intense and complex nose, of pear and apricot, with the typical notes of almond and hints of wild flowers. Savory and dynamic sip, with a good balance of freshness and salinity, and excellent nose-to-mouth correspondence.

Ground appetizers, mushroom crepes, pumpkin gnocchi, mature cheeses.
