Description

The grapes are harvested manually and subjected to maceration on the skins for a prolonged period, following biodynamic practices; the fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts, without the addition of sulphites or other additives during the process.

Orange yellow colour; intense and aromatic nose of ripe fruit, spices and floral notes; complex and structured sip, with balanced tannins and a pleasant freshness.
