Description

Grapes harvested by hand at perfect ripeness; two thirds of the mass is pressed immediately and spontaneous fermentation begins, while the remaining part macerates for a few days as a whole bunch and is subsequently reassembled with the must; the wine matures for 10 months in steel containers and refines in the bottle.

Tasting

Deep yellow color with orange shades; intense nose of citrus and sweet spices, with balsamic and mineral notes; rich and juicy, soft sip, accompanied by lively acidity and flavor.
