Grapes harvested by hand at perfect ripeness; spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for a few hours; the wine matures in steel on the fine lees for 12 months.
Deep yellow color with pink-golden nuances; intense nose of citrus, peach and apricot, with notes of plum and almond; full sip, balanced with a beautiful acidic and savory structure, with great persistence.
Asian cuisine, vegetarian dishes, grilled white meats, mature cheeses.
