Brilliant straw yellow color with golden reflections, intense foam with fine and persistent perlage; clear, broad nose, with notes of bread crust, yeast, dried fruit and some floral notes. Full, rich, savory on the palate with good acidity and creaminess linked to the fine foam, it closes with a persistent, aromatic and pleasant finish.
