The grapes are harvested when fully ripe and ferment for about 20 days before refermenting in the bottle with the addition of must. 30 months on the lees.
Mineral and floral nose, with fresh fruity notes; dry and savoury sip, delicate and enveloping, of great freshness.
Land and sea appetizers, game birds, truffles.
