Destemming of the grapes after cooling to 8°C in a cell, cold pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation at controlled temperature with indigenous yeasts. Maceration on the skins for 8 days in cement tanks and subsequent permanence for 6 months.

Bright cherry red color, intriguing nose of flowers and red fruits, fresh and elegant sip, with soft and enveloping tannins.

Aperitif, cold cuts and cheeses, first courses with meat sauces, grilled meats.
