Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; white vinification with fermentation carried out in French Allier oak Tonneau, where the wine then matures for 6 months on its fine lees.

Tasting

Intense and bright golden yellow color; intense, pulpy and complex nose; Under a pronounced mineral note, a pleasantly aromatic and citrusy sensation of orange blossom, jasmine, honey and apricot jam emerges. Full and elegant sip, with a savory and fine finish.
