“Ampeleia” Toscana IGT 2018

The vineyards originate around the winery core, on the clay-limestone soil on which Roccatederighi stands, from vines located between 450 and 600 m above sea level; matures 12 months in wooden barrels and concrete tanks, followed by two years of refinement in the bottle.

Intense red colour, it expresses all the minerality of the Roccatederighi terroir, together with berries, balsamic notes, aromatic herbs and spices. Deep, with silky tannins.

Ideal with starters of cured meats and mature cheeses and meat main courses.
