Description

Harvest in the second ten days of September, destemming of the grapes after cooling to 8° C in a cell; fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature with maceration on the skins in amphora, where the permanence continues for another 6 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with golden reflections; intense nose, with delicate fruity, floral and citrus hints; decisive sip, with great personality, with an excellent balance between acidity and pulp.

Pairings

Seafood appetizers, raw fish, lightly aged cheeses.
