Description

Made from only selected grapes, this Montepulciano is matured in large oak barrels, before being left to refine for a further period in barriques.

Tasting

Intense purple-red color with violet highlights. A dense bouquet of red fruit, vanilla, and spices. A full-bodied, balanced, and enveloping palate with lovely, soft tannins; long and persistent.

Pairings

Rich first courses, roast and grilled meats, and polenta. Excellent with cured meats and mature cheeses.
