Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard after the second half of September; separate vinification for the varieties, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, maturation in 25hl stainless steel barrels; in February the batches are assembled and the wine remains in barrels until bottling between April and May.

Intense golden yellow color. Nose characterized by floral notes, with hints of broom, honey and beeswax; savory, particular sip, with delicate acidity and light tannic sensation, with strong mineral notes characteristic of the main grape variety.

Fish soups, tasty and spicy seafood dishes, blue fish.
