Montepulciano
Manual harvest in the first half of October; alcoholic fermentation on the skins for approximately 10 days in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts (pied de cuve). Aging in concrete tanks, then in the bottle for 6 months. Unfiltered.
Ruby red color with violet reflections; intense aroma, red fruits, spices. Full, dry, harmonious flavor, rightly tannic with hints of red fruits and liquorice.
