Description

The grapes, only partially destemmed, ferment spontaneously on the skins for about 12 days. The wine ages in 400-liter wooden barrels, used fourteen and five years later, for 14 months.

Tasting

Intriguing nose of red fruits and fresh spices. Light hints of pepper also on the palate. Delicate.

Meat-based appetizers, cured meats and cheeses, savory pies, and vegetable-based first courses.
