Description

The grapes are destemmed and then fermented in stainless steel. The wine ages for 75 months in empty barrels.

Tasting

Explosive nose of walnut, hazelnut, cinnamon, and a spicy touch reminiscent of curry. Dry, clean palate with a very long finish.
