Description

Manual harvest at the end of August, white vinification at controlled temperature; the wine ages in steel until the moment of draft in May; in the bottle on the yeasts for at least 40 months according to the Classic Method.

Tasting

The nose recalls white flowers such as lily of the valley and jasmine with clear citrine notes of lemon peel and mandarin. Very delicate and persistent in the mouth, with a strong final flavor.
