Arialdo Vino rosso di Toscana IGT

Manual harvesting takes place around the second/third week of September. After spontaneous fermentation in steel with maceration on the skins, the wine matures for a few months in steel before being bottled. It does not undergo clarification, filtration or modification with oenological products.

Bright ruby red colour with violet hues. The nose is vinous, with delicate fragrances of strawberry, cherry and plum. Dry, harmonious, slightly tannic taste.

First courses with meat sauces, white meat, roast red meat.
