Manual harvest in the first ten days of October; spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats, maceration on the skins for 25 days; the wine ages for 6 months in concrete vats and for 12 months in large 30hl Austrian oak barrels; it ages for 1 month in the bottle.
Ruby red in color; fruity and floral on the nose, with notes of currant, plum, rose, myrtle, and tobacco; juicy and elegant on the palate, fresh and captivating, with a long finish.
Meat-based first courses, grilled meats, roasts, medium-aged cheeses.
