Manual harvest in boxes, direct pressing of the whole grapes, fractionation of the musts and fresh fermentation. Aging on the yeasts in winter and second fermentation in the spring of the year following the harvest.
Straw yellow color with fine and elegant perlage. Notes of ripe fruit with floral and citrus notes emerge on the nose. In the mouth the bubbles are creamy, the palate is broad and balanced with pleasant fruity notes supported by a beautiful freshness.
