Description

Manual harvest in mid-September; initial carbonic maceration followed by white fermentation in steel; in January refermentation in autoclave through the addition of yeasts and sugars; bottled in spring, it rests briefly before marketing.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour, fine and persistent perlage; fresh and fruity nose, full and round sip, still dominated by fruit sensations and an elegant liveliness.
