Description

From four hectares of centuries-old vineyards with replanting dating back to 1990. Manual harvest of selected bunches, placed in small boxes which are transported via a monorail. Traditional red vinification with soft cold pressing.

Tasting

Ruby red color with violet reflections; aroma and flavor of great intensity, with marked minerality and flavor.

Pairings

Throughout the meal, ideal with ricotta and fresh cheeses, or served fresher with sea fish.
