Barbaresco “Bricco Asili” 2012

From the prestigious Asili cru, in a vineyard of approximately one hectare at an altitude of 290 metres, the Ceretto family produces an extremely territorial wine, a sample of elegance and gracefulness, where complexity and finesse are in perfect harmony.

Ruby red color with garnet shades. Subtle and elegant aromas of small red fruit, sweet spices and flowers, humus, coffee and chocolate. When tasted, it is full-bodied, fine, balanced, with a sip characterized by a pleasant freshness and a dense tannic texture; ends with a finish of great persistence.

It pairs well with tasty and unobtrusive meat dishes, such as lamb, soft veal or mildly spiced mature cheeses.
