BottlesCarefully selected grapes, both in the vineyard and in the cellar where they are delicately destemmed through a dehuller, to then be pressed and then fermented at a temperature of 28°C, macerating on the skins for approximately 25 days. Once the malolactic process has also taken place, the wine is left to mature in 40hl oak barrels for 24 months, finally bottled and refined six months before marketing.
Ruby red color tending towards garnet. Fine and complex nose, of red fruits, violets and spices; the sip is rich and complex, guided by the thick and enveloping tannin; very long ending.
Roasted or braised red meats, game and mature cheeses.
