Barbaresco DOCG 2014

The bunches, selected with extreme care, come from 14 proprietary vineyards located at altitudes between 250 and 330 meters above sea level, with vines with an average age of 40 years and cultivated with very low yields. The fermentation, carried out separately for each individual plot, takes place in steel and wooden containers, and the refinement involves 6 months of rest in barriques and another 18 in large oak barrels.

Garnet red in colour, with distinct aromas of wild strawberries, dog rose, elderflower, white pepper, cocoa and liquorice; full-bodied and elegant on the palate, with silky tannins and a long and persistent finish.

Game, stewed red meats, roasts and grills, mature cheeses.
