Description

Vineyards exposed to the East and West on clayey-limestone soil. Traditional vinification, fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks and with automatic pumping over. Matured 15/18 months in 2,000/2500 liter Slavonian oak barrels.

Tasting

Garnet red colour, intense, fine, ethereal, delicate aroma. Dry, full-bodied, harmonious flavour.

Pairings

Dishes with white truffles from Alba, porcini mushrooms, roast or hearty meat dishes.
