The vinification is carried out in the Barolo cellar, authorized due to its historicity to process the grapes outside the Barbaresco area. Fermentation on the skins in temperature-controlled steel tanks for 15/20 days. This is followed by drawing off and aging for at least two years in medium-capacity Slavonian oak barrels.
The ruby red color with garnet reflections is accompanied by a persistent aroma with hints of sweet spices and a dry and intense flavour.
Preparations based on meat, game or game. Excellent with wild boar.
