Manual harvest in boxes, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures; Matured in 25hl barrels for no more than three passages for 12 months, refined for a few months in the bottle.

Intense garnet red colour; on the nose aromas of raspberry jam, wild rose, tobacco and liquorice; the sip is in balance between the alcohol, the powerful structure, the beautiful acidity and the perfect tannin. Very long persistence.
