Description

Manual harvesting with selection of bunches in the vineyard; maceration for 40 days in wooden vats, with the traditional splinting of the cap; matures for 20 months in large Slavonian oak barrels and for 2 months in steel; refines in bottle for 26 months. Unfiltered, unclarified.

Tasting

Very intense garnet red color. Nose of ripe raspberries, with mineral and herbaceous notes of conifers. Good structure on the palate, with firm tannins. Long and persistent finish.

Game and game, grilled or stewed meats, mature cheeses.
