Description

From Cru Rabajà 3.5 hectares of vineyard facing south-west, on clay-limestone soil with sandy veins. Fermentation in steel at 30°C, thirty days of maceration on the skins, malolactic fermentation completed. Aging 36 months in oak barrels, 9 months in the bottle.
