Destemming and pressing. The must obtained is fermented with the skins in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for approximately 10/12. Once the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is complete, it is decanted into oak barrels where it matures for approximately 12 months.
Deep ruby red colour; intense and persistent nose with characteristic clear hints of cherry, raspberry and jam. On the palate, the great structure is supported by a good softness. Of certain longevity.
Second courses, game, boiled meats and mature cheeses.
