100% Barbera
A Barbera from the Asili Cru at 320m above sea level, from 65-year-old vines. Fermentation for 10-12 days with controlled temperature at 28°C. Maturation and malolactic fermentation take place in 20 hl Slavonian oak barrels for 20 months. Aged for 12 months in the bottle.
Dark and intense ruby red color. The red pulp fruit stands out on the nose, accompanied by floral and spicy notes. The fruity part returns bursting upon the sip, supported by smooth tannins and an elegant vein of acidity and minerality.
Meat dishes, roasts, mixed boiled meats, cured meats and mature cheeses.
