Description

The grapes, selected and harvested by hand in October, destemmed and pressed, ferment in steel with the skins for 8/10 days; the wine matures for 6 months in 20hl oak barrels and refines for 6 months in the bottle.

Tasting

Spicy red, soft, with notes of red fruits and cinnamon. Medium and round body.

Pairings

Grilled red meats, tagliolini with summer truffle, mushrooms, mature cheeses.
